Three numbers, and you can add them up
Why the rate changes
A room that costs 56 € on a Tuesday in March and 75 € on a Saturday in October is the same room. Here is exactly what happened in between, and why it is arithmetic rather than an algorithm.
The arithmetic
Every night is priced on its own and the nights are added up. For one night the sum is:
the room's own rate + 9 € if it is a Friday or a Saturday night + the seasonal adjustment, if that night is inside a season.
That is all of it. There is no fourth term, no occupancy multiplier, no lead-time discount and no price that moves because you looked at the page twice.
Why none of it is a percentage
A percentage compounds with the weekend uplift. Ten per cent on a Saturday in autumn is a different number of dollars from ten per cent on a Tuesday in January, so the same "ten per cent season" produces two different premiums and the person at the desk cannot explain either of them. Flat dollars survive being added in any order, which means a guest can check the total and an employee can defend it.

A stay that crosses a boundary
It is priced night by night, so it pays both. A stay arriving on 7 ноември 2026 г. and leaving on 10 ноември 2026 г. is three nights: the събота and the неделя are inside the autumn season and the понеделник is not, so the last night is 10 € cheaper than the one before it. The booking page lists all three with their own numbers before you type a name, precisely so that this is visible rather than surprising.
What is not in the rate
