Minimum stays, explained
Two kinds of minimum exist here: one belongs to a room and one belongs to a date. Both are listed in full below, and neither is ever discovered at the payment screen.
The room's own minimum

The date's minimum
Some date ranges carry their own floor, and it applies to the night you ARRIVE rather than to every night of the stay. All of them, for the published year:
- 20 септември 2026 г. to 8 ноември 2026 г. — 2 nights, arrivals on Friday and Saturday only. Минимум две нощувки за престои с настаняване в петък или събота през есента.
- 22 май 2027 г. to 25 май 2027 г. — 3 nights. Минимум три нощувки през последния уикенд на май, когато взимаме една резервация за цялата къща или никаква.
Why a minimum exists at all
A room that is let for one night in the middle of a busy weekend usually strands the night on either side of it: nobody wants a Friday alone, so the Friday goes empty and we have sold one night out of three. That is the actual reason. It is not a way of extracting more money from you — it is a way of not losing two nights to sell one.
The honest consequence is that on those dates we would rather turn a one-night booking away than take it, and the booking form does exactly that rather than taking your details and telephoning you later.
What the booking page does about it
It tells you the number and offers you the shortest stay that works, as a link you can click. It does not tell you "no availability", because that is a different fact and would send you away believing the inn is full when it has rooms.
